About The Event
Our signature fall fundraiser, this event brings together the community to support women around the world, working to overcome poverty.
Be inspired ● Enjoy food, drinks, music, silent & live auctions ● Browse a Market Fair with local women entrepreneurs from WE-supported partner programs
All event proceeds will contribute to our grants supporting women’s economic empowerment in San Diego County and internationally.

We are privileged to honor Carmen M. Chavez, Esq. with the 2026 Woman of Empowerment Award! This award recognizes an exemplary and bold leader whose commitment to social justice, economic empowerment, and the advancement of women has been transformative and inspirational. Carmen will receive the award at Empowered WE Rise, where we will celebrate her more than 25 years of leadership and advocacy for justice, immigrant rights, and human dignity, and her dedication to ensuring vulnerable communities have access to compassionate legal representation.
