WE is raising money to provide business loans for the women of Sonora, Mexico. Here are a few of their stories...

Name: Maria del Carmen Valenzuela Baldenegro

Previous Work: Before she received loans, Carmen's store was just window into her small house.

Her Business: Now it is a well-stocked, separate store with two refrigerators and metal shelves.

Accomplishments: She is able to take care of her two daughters and supplement her husband's income in the fields and the shrimp hatchery.
