  • The MFI targets very poor women.
  • WE's partnership with and financial contributions to the MFI will make a significant impact.
  • There is strong potential for good communications and relationships between the women of WE and the women of the MFI.
  • The MFI offers services beyond microcredit loans; e.g., business services and training, access to health care.
  • The MFI's programs and management have a good track record.
  • The MFI's programs are appropriate to the economic, political, and social context of the local area.
